University of Chicago
As the largest employer on the south side of Chicago, the University of Chicago and the University of Chicago Medical Center work with Career Pathways staff to link well-trained, motivated applicants to quality job opportunities.
“Thank you so much for introducing us to such a great group of skilled and enthusiastic applicants! Everyone is off to a great start on the SouthSideHealth.org mapping project. It has been a pleasure working with you, and we hope to do so again in the future!"

Department of Family and Support Services
The Chicago Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS) supports a continuum of coordinated services to enhance the lives of Chicago residents. Through administration of Workforce Investment Act (WIA) grants, DFSS largely funds the operation of the Career Pathways Resource Center.
The Cara Program
The Cara Program assists motivated individuals affected by homelessness and poverty to transform their lives and achieve real, lasting success. Career Pathways serves as both a supplement to The Cara Program's traditional services and as a quality referral partner, referring motivated individuals who are a fit for their rigorous training.
